Refund summary
- • Separately purchased self-paced courses (excluding monthly or annual memberships): full refund within 14 days if no more than 20% is completed and no full toolkit or certificate has been downloaded or issued.
- • Live cohorts: full refund at least 7 days before start; 50% refund or one transfer 1–6 days before start; no cash refund after the cohort begins.
- • Monthly plans may be canceled for the next term and are not prorated; annual plans are refundable within 7 days if usage does not exceed 10%.
- • White-label and custom services follow the written scope and milestones; completed and accepted work is non-refundable.
